Fees and Costs

My fees vary based on many factors, including the length of the record, the complexity of the issues and other procedural matters. In some cases I will consider negotiating a flat fee. I generally do not take an appeal on a contingency fee basis, although in special circumstances and on a few occasions, I have done so.

I can provide you with an estimate for the costs for your appeal, including the filing fees, transcript fees, etc.
